This spacious and nicely appointed two story pool home sits nestled in the security guarded resort of Emerald Island. It is a peaceful and beautifully landscaped community set in 300 acres of natural woodland. This is a popular vacation destination as it offers quick and easy access to the Disney theme parks which are literally just a few minutes away. Guests staying at this home have full access to a fabulous array of amenities, providing them with the best of both worlds, a private self-catered home with the added benefit of resort facilities.

The home boasts 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and can with ease comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The first floor houses a master king bedroom with a nicely sized ensuite bathroom that includes a spa tub. This bedroom benefits from direct access through patio doors to the lovely pool area. The remaining 6 bedrooms are all located upstairs on the second floor. These comprise of a further master king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. There is another bedroom with a king size bed and two others with a queen size bed. A further bedroom contains twin beds and there is also a bunk bedroom. All of the bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and offer plenty of space in which to relax. Each room features a flat screen television so that guests can unwind and enjoy their personal choice of television viewing.

The open plan family room adjoins the large kitchen and dining area and is open to the upstairs. There are two sets of patio doors at one end that look out on to the beautiful pool area, these allow plenty of light to filter through making this a nice, bright and airy room. It is a lovely environment in which to spend time with family and friends. The fully fitted kitchen is well planned and equipped with everyday modern appliances, it contains plenty of utensils so that you can prepare family meals should you choose to do so. Within the kitchen area is a dining table, and there is also a separate more formal dining area. Additionally, there is a seperate living room, providing plenty of room for everyone to either congregate or find a quiet space. The home boasts a games room with a pool table, air hockey and darts, certain to keep everyone entertained. For the benefit of guests complimentary high speed WiFi is also provided.

Outdoors there is a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by an over-sized and spacious pool deck containing sun loungers. The pool area boasts a nice outlook over a conservation area. A large lanai covering the whole width of the house provides plenty of shade, and beneath this sits tables and chairs so that even during the heat of the day you can still enjoy dining outside. The pool scene at this home is just perfect for relaxing and spending time together in the warm Florida climate.
